Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using VCC Business (“we”, “us”, “our”) at vccbusiness.com, including our client portal, card services, payment verification, and support channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Access may be invitation-only or provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via Telegram or email if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Virtual card services

We provide access to virtual Visa and/or Mastercard products for permitted advertising and business use. Cards, balances, BINs, and availability may change. You agree to use cards only for lawful purposes and within our published usage rules.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use our cards or portal to:

• Violate any applicable law or card network rules
• Pay prohibited merchants (including those listed on our landing page “Not allowed” section)
• Bind cards to Apple Pay / similar wallets except where we expressly approve BINs
• Fund crypto exchanges or related prohibited merchants
• Create excessive declines, refunds, or chargebacks
• Share, resell, or misuse cards without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the portal or related systems

Chargeback rates must stay below 20% and refund rates below 10%, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Usage may be restricted in certain countries (including China, Russia, and Myanmar).

5. Fees, top-ups & payments

Card issue fees, top-ups, and other charges are shown before you confirm an order. Crypto payments (such as USDT TRC20) must be sent to the exact address and amount shown. Verified payments move orders to processing; cards are assigned when fulfillment is complete. Fees already paid for issued cards or completed services are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

6. No KYC notice

We may offer onboarding without traditional identity document upload (“No KYC”). This does not remove your duty to use services lawfully. We may request information, freeze cards, or close accounts if we detect abuse, fraud, sanctions risk, or policy violations.

7. Support

Primary support is available via Telegram (@BRETTFLANAGAN6855) and the in-portal support tickets / email channels we publish.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, merchant acceptance of any card, or specific advertising platform outcomes. Third-party networks (Visa, Mastercard, ad platforms, blockchains) are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCC Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the event.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel cards, or refuse orders if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or partners, or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding obligations remain.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
